New features and enhancements

CFM Crew Portal
CFM Crew Portal enables simpler and more transparent management of all crewing processes while reducing administrative effort. It enables your seafarers to autonomously view and manage their personal data such as certificates and to access company news and shared data.
- Seafarers can now create travel expenses in CFM Crew Portal without linking them to an assignment, giving them more flexibility when recording travel costs.

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- The ISF Watchkeeper overtime integration now uses a per-vessel activation month, giving payroll teams control over when overtime adjustments begin.
- Office users can now assign a new password to a seafarer’s CFM Crew Portal account, helping restore access when the seafarer cannot reset it themselves.
- ISO 20022 payment exports now include the maintained via bank as the intermediary bank across supported formats, helping payroll teams provide the routing information needed for international crew payments.
- Administrators can now manage bank-detail export options, previous payroll months and other payroll rules in a dedicated Global Payroll Settings section, making payroll configuration easier to find and manage.
- Completed crew changes can now be hidden in the Bulk Crew Changes view, helping teams focus on pending onsigners and offsigners.
- Crew List and Planning views now show promotion and demotion indicators on seafarer avatars, making rank changes easier to identify during crew planning.
- Travel expenses can now be added in batches, with fields pre-filled from the previous entry to reduce repetitive data entry. A sidebar attachment preview, monthly grouping and quick approval or rejection actions also make expenses easier to review without opening each record.

CFM Event Reporting
CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports.
- Arrival, departure and port reports on board can now be marked as ship-to-ship (STS) operations, revealing additional fields so crews can record transfer details within their standard reporting workflow.

CFM Inspections & Audits
CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.
- The chapter and question of an existing inspection deficiency can now be changed while retaining its related actions, causes, attachments and remarks.

CFM Maintenance
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
- Counter histories can now be managed in bulk by removing a selected reading and all subsequent readings in one action, reducing repetitive work. A confirmation shows how many entries will be removed.
- A new Unconfirmed Reschedules list on the onboard Maintenance dashboard helps crews identify jobs awaiting office approval. A distinct orange status icon and tooltip make pending reschedules easier to distinguish from approved ones.

CFM MRV & IMO DCS
CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.
- The Verifavia integration now sends event reports and bunker delivery notes, including fuel and blend data, reducing manual data transfer. It also removes remote event reports when their source reports are deleted, helping keep submitted data aligned with vessel records.
- Event reports now offer a full details view with editable fields, report tabs and PDF export, allowing users to review, update, finalise and share reports in one place.
- Bunker reports now offer a full details view with editable fuel data, blend calculations and attachment management, allowing users to update bunker information and compare bio-fuel entries within CFM.

CFM Portal
CFM Portal gives all your employees access to one central source of information. Every onshore user has a clear dashboard view of the latest and most important information on staff, departments and ships right at the beginning of the workday. Whether it’s a crew change, expired certificate or staff absence, you can efficiently identify critical incidents and prioritise your response.
- We're excited to announce the release of the fully rebuilt CFM Portal, bringing a modern interface, AI assistance, customisable dashboards and enhanced map views to your daily workspace. These developments help you find information faster and organise your work around your priorities. Read our article for a full overview.

CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- The "Dispatched to warehouse" window now lets users choose the status of packages created from a partial delivery, giving clearer control over how those packages are tracked.
- Once enabled in Purchase Settings, item tax can be added on top of the unit price rather than included within it, making the tax amount clearer when entering prices.
- The budget detail view now separates Spent, Used and Pending amounts, helping purchasers distinguish invoiced spend from amounts still committed on orders.
- Once enabled in Purchase Settings, budget positions remain allocated when an order’s approvals are regenerated. Existing budget values remain valid until the regenerated approval is approved.
- Delivery items can now be marked as overdelivered during onboard confirmation, helping teams record when more items arrive than were ordered.
- Supplier comparisons now show effective net item prices with discount and tax included, giving purchasers a clearer view of the prices being compared. Users can also choose whether the cheapest offer is identified by unit price or item sum, aligning comparisons with company purchasing rules.
- A new permission allows users to confirm complete service-order deliveries without granting standard delivery confirmation rights, helping administrators separate these responsibilities.
- New options in Purchase Settings allow tax, packing and freight costs to be allocated proportionately across line items on new orders, helping budget groups reflect their share of these costs.

CFM Risk Assessment
CFM Risk Assessment enables you to organise your risk assessment digitally and minimise manual effort. Determine probabilities and implications of unwanted incidents and allocate danger levels to every thinkable situation on board. Be on the safe side concerning insurances. With our modular design, you can create and assess any number of operations.
- Administrators can now configure risk matrices from 3x3 to 10x10 and set yellow and red colour thresholds, tailoring risk scoring to their organisation’s safety framework.
- New risk matrix versions can be previewed before activation, including their scoring, colours and operations requiring migration, helping teams review changes before applying them. Activation requires a reason and confirmation. Existing operations can then be migrated to the newly active version, with the original version retained for traceability.
- Archived risk matrix versions and a new Risk Matrix tab make the scoring behind each operation easier to review and trace. Operations retain the version used at creation, while completed onboard assessments retain the version used at completion and new assessments use the latest version.
- Risk Assessment Operations can now be copied with their hazards and controls, plus optional documents or vessel assignments, reducing the work involved in creating similar operations.

CFM Vessel Particulars
CFM Vessel Particulars lets you set up the foundation of your successful vessel management. Record and maintain a vast amount of specific data for every vessel and let your departments benefit from data such as dimensions, capacities, propulsion, consumptions, or delivery information for a smooth acceleration of their individual businesses.
- Additional equipment records now include Maker and Manufacturer fields. Vessel exports include manufacturer information for main engines and auxiliary equipment, while the vessel summary export lists additional equipment with its maker and manufacturer, giving teams a more complete equipment overview.
